Landlords, We are coming to get you. (NO Background Check of Tenants) Landlords has no right to have any personnel information
on a Tenants. There is no need for a background check. There are laws that has been in the books for decades to protect any
landlord from a Tenant who do not pay his or her rent. Personnel information such as Social Security Numbers has been in the
hands of Landlord who some are Convicted Felons, and have done Prison time, and we cannot accept the fact personnel information
on a tenant is in there hands. We do agree, that the landlord tenant court needs to be reform, because the judges in these
courts are simply not enforcing the laws. Judges evicting tenants from buildings where
The landlord with violations against them,
The Landlords, refused to make repairs in the tenant apartment,
The Landlord charging illegal late fees,
The Landlord inflating prices / overcharging tenants in rent
The Landlord who have and has refused to register there building with (DHCR) for the propose of not reporting collected
rent to the IRS.

To the Landlord we say, your time is up. We are coming to get you:

We no what you did
WE no why you did it
We no what you are up to
We have watched you fix-up the outside of your buildings to defraud Loans from the Banks while the inside of the building
hallway and the tenant apartment is in unlivable condition and is Roach and Rat infected.
We are coming to get you, and you should be very afraid.
