Am "I the only who can see that after the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center that (180,000) One Hundred and Eighty Thousand people lost there jobs, am "I the only one to ask the question why didn't the Governor and Mayor prevent any rent increases following that attack, from then until now in this year of 2005 the rent was raised (4) Four times. The Rent Is Too Damn High team can no longer be ignored. The Vote of the people have spoken. We bring with us real solutions the time is now for you to invite us to your event(s).

We gave the many Tenant Groups and Organizations in the State from 1993 to now 2005 to do (something) more than just TALK. They were more concerned about membership fees and dues and inviting the politicians to speak at their events who are and is apart of the problem. We tried to warn all, but No one listen.
